BLUE DREAM
This project uses cyanotype as both a process and a visual language for Blue Dream packaging, paired with digital exploration to extend and reinterpret the technique.
The work began with hand-made cyanotypes, using light-sensitive chemistry to expose organic materials and textures directly onto paper.
This process created deep, layered blues with natural variation, each print slightly different, shaped by light, time, and placement. From there, I translated those physical results into a digital space, using Photoshop to refine, repeat, and reimagine the compositions while preserving the character of the original prints. This hybrid approach allowed me to balance tactile, analog qualities with the flexibility needed for packaging production. The result is a system that feels both crafted and scalable, rooted in process, but adaptable across formats.
